The problem
The existing panel was overloaded, nuisance-tripping during peak usage, and had no room for new circuits.
What we did
We coordinated utility disconnect/reconnect, replaced the panel with a code-compliant 200A setup, relabeled all breakers, and installed dedicated circuits for future expansion.
Results
Zero nuisance trips after installation, cleaner load distribution, and the homeowner can now safely add EV charging.
